You may not see the token balance you expect for a few reasons:
- You've created multiple accounts. You can learn how to get back to your correct account here.
- Your tokens were exchanged for a gift card using the Redeem Reward feature. You can learn more about that here.
- You still need to meet the Free Tokens requirements for your offer. Please make sure you have met all offer requirements. Here is more information on More Offers and Take a Survey issues.
- Your account has been inactive for more than 90 days. After 90 days without logging into your account, your cash and token balances begin to expire.
