Where is my gift card?

You can easily get your gift card code from inside the app!

How to get your gift card code:

  1. Open your Dice Kings app
  2. Click on the menu icon on the top left of your screen
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the left panel and click on 'Settings'
  4. Under Redemptions, click 'Order History'
  5. Under the gift card, click 'Claim your code'
  6. Click on the link in the drop-down box

This will bring you to your gift card code!

Statuses in your Order History:

  • Sending: Your order is in processing. This may take up to 7 business days.
  • Claimed: Your gift card is ready! Click Claim your code and click the link to use your reward.
  • Order Refunded: Your order was canceled, and the reward price was refunded to your Dice Kings token or cash balance.
